The position of defensive coordinator for the Bears is being considered by a pair of assistant coaches who are currently employed with the Titans.
According to Mike Garafolo of NFL Media, Terrell Williams, who is currently serving as the associate head coach and defensive line coach for the Titans, will be interviewing for the position inside Matt Eberflus' coaching staff.
Additionally, Chris Harris, who is the defensive pass game coordinator and cornerbacks coach for the Titans, is being considered for the position.
Williams joined the staff of Tennessee head coach Mike Vrabel in 2018, and he was promoted to the position of associate head coach the following year
Since he is now coaching one of the teams in this year's Senior Bowl and served as the head coach for the team's preseason opener the previous summer,
the Bears would be able to gain some further insight on this year's top draft prospects if Williams were to be hired for the position.
In September, after Alan Williams resigned from his position as defensive coordinator for the Bears, Eberflus took over those responsibilities.
Shane Waldron looks to have gotten the post of offensive coordinator, which was another position that the organization was seeking for.
