Lean protein sources for a healthy diet: muscle and repair building blocks.  (Part-1)

In order to build muscle, repair damage, and maintain good health, lean protein is essential. The best way to make sure you're getting all the nutrients your muscles need to perform at their best is to eat a diet that's high in lean protein from a variety of sources. 

Skinless, boneless chicken breast is a versatile and healthful option that can be grilled, baked, or sautéed. It's a lean source of protein.

Turkey: Turkey breast and lean ground turkey are great protein sources with less fat. It has multiple potential culinary applications, including burgers, chili, and stir-fries.

Fish: Heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids are found in fatty fish such as tuna, salmon, mackerel, and salmon. These fish also supply protein.

Fish, whether grilled or baked, makes a healthy and delicious dinner. Fourth, eat lean beef like sirloin or tenderloin to cut back on saturated fat without sacrificing protein.

Eggs: Packed with all the necessary amino acids, eggs provide a complete protein source. To cut down on fat and cholesterol, use egg whites instead of whole eggs.

Greek Yogurt: With probiotics to support digestive health and a higher protein content than conventional yogurt, Greek yogurt is a great choice.

Cottage cheese: This low-fat dairy product is packed with protein. It goes well with salads and fruit, or you may eat it plain.
